To expedite your time spent at the High School, please fill out these electronic forms below. If there is not an electronic version of the form please print it and bring it with you completed to Raider Round Up.Step 1: Please complete the Electronic forms:

Parking Permit Application - Required for each student parking in the HS Parking Lot, note additional information needed.
Step 3: Please bring these forms to school at Raider Roundup, Aug 17th.Step 4: Remember to review your Grade Level for Activity Fees and bring your payment (by check) to Raider Roundup, OR the first week of school. Make all checks payable to: Sunnyvale ISD.
