    Week of October 2-6:
     
    I hope you enjoyed having Monday off and ate some great food at the fair! 
     
     
    This week in Math we will continue working continue working on addition and subtraction as well as working with money. Vocabulary words that will help your child are penny, nickel, dime, quarter, addend, sum, difference, relationship. This week in Science, we will be continuing our lessons on matter focusing on mixtures and solutions. Vocabulary that will help your child is properties, attract, repel, freezing, heating, magnetism, mixture, solution, combine and separate
     
     
    The next NASA payment is due Friday, October 27th. 
      
    If you would like a jump start for your child for multiplication, I have set up accounts for them on www.multiplication.com In order to access this account, the user name is set up as follows: pams75183 (use your child's name). The password is raiders.  They may play the games to improve their multiplication facts!
     
     Please know that if a paper is sent home that says redo, your child may redo the missed questions and turn it back in to me to possibly raise their grade.
