• Strength and Conditioning
     
     
    Students will be involved in a detailed strength and conditioning program that will involve heavy weight training, cardiovascular endurance, and plyometrics.  Students will do weight training every Tuesday and Thursday and then a conditioning program on Fridays.  This will be a physically taxing class so a physical is recommended.  Students will have the opportunity to shower at the end of class.
     
       
    Supplies Needed:
    Workout Clothes (shorts or sweats, t shirt, athletic shoes)
    Towel during workout
    Towel and soap if showering
     
     
     
    Grading Policy for Strength and Conditioning Class:
     
    Participation 60% 
    Dressing Out 20%
    Tests 20%
