Strength and Conditioning
will be involved in a detailed strength and conditioning program that
will involve heavy weight training, cardiovascular endurance, and
plyometrics. Students will do weight training every Tuesday and
Thursday and then a conditioning program on Fridays. This will be a
physically taxing class so a physical is recommended.
Students will have the opportunity to shower at the end of class.
Workout Clothes (shorts or sweats, t shirt, athletic shoes)

Grading Policy for Strength and Conditioning Class:
Dressing Out 20%
