I am looking forward to having your child in my class this year. The following discipline plan has been developed to ensure that each child has an opportunity to learn.
Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
Use classroom voices.
Speak with permission.
Always walk in the classroom and hallways.
Voices are off in the hallway so we don't disturb others.
Use flexible seating correctly.
Listen when others are speaking.
Use kind words to solve problems.
Students who behave appropriately will be rewarded with verbal and nonverbal reinforcements. If a student chooses to misbehave, they will lose Class Dojo points. Please check your child's Class Dojo to help reinforce behavior at home.
Children are more successful when parents and teachers work together. I will keep you informed about your child's progress. If your child's conduct grade drops, you will be notified. Please contact me with any concerns or questions.
