New Student Enrollment

  • Parents/guardians of students who are new to the district can begin the New Student Enrollment process online at any time.

    This is ONLY for NEW students to SISD. 

    Returning student registration will begin in July.

    To register your child in Sunnyvale ISD, please read and complete the steps outlined below.

    • Step 1: Gather documents (listed below) and complete the online enrollment forms.
    • Step 2: Upload the required documents.
    • Step 3: Contact the campus registrar to verify documents have been completed for the                enrollment process.

    NOTE: Our online system works best with a laptop or desktop computer.

Step 2: Upload Required Documents

  • To submit required documents, please either scan or take a picture of the document and upload it to the portal (above). These documents will need to be uploaded or emailed to campus registrar.


    A parent or guardian must present the following documents to complete the enrollment process:

    • Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card 
    • Immunization Records
    • Last Report Card / Unofficial Transcript (for high school students only)
    • Driver’s License of Enrolling Parent

    • Proof of Residency:
      To submit proof of residency, please either scan or take a picture of a current utility bill and most recent property tax statement document. These documents will need to be uploaded or emailed to campus registrar.

Step 3: Finalize the Enrollment Process

  • Parents and guardians will be contacted by the campus registrars to finalize the New Student Enrollment process.
    Please note that during the summer break, each school has its own summer office hours. Please contact the campus registrars to find out availability.
