Summer Physical            Clinics

2 great dates to choose from: Both clinics will be held at the Field House at Raider Stadium

Option 1: Wednesday, July 6   1:30pm-4:30pm

Option 2: Saturday, July 30     9:00am-12noon

The cost will be $20 dollars. Checks can be made payable to Sunnyvale ISD

All Student athletes and cheerleaders grades 7-12 will need an updated physical each year.

Any member of the marching band grades 9-12 will need an updated physical each year.
