Hello Raiders, 

I am Miss Kellogg and I am absolutely thrilled and excited to teach 4th and 5th grade mathematics and coach high school cheer. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis/certification in 4-8 Mathematics from Texas A&M University-Commerce. This will be my 2nd year to teach at Sunnyvale Intermediate School. In addition, I also have an ESL certification. 

I am an extremely proud Sunnyvale Alumnus (Kindergarten through Senior Year). Growing up it had always been a dream of mine to work for the district that influenced my life tremendously. It is an absolute blessing to be here and to teach the wonderful kids. I LOVE what I do and I am so thankful for the opportunity I have to make a difference in the lives of each of my students. 

I am a HUGE fan of pretty much all things outdoors. I LOVE playing sports and cornhole, camping and spending time relaxing outside. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to church, singing and writing in my prayer journal.  

As I mentioned before, I LOVE my job. My goal is to not only teach my students math, but to build personal relationships with them. My biggest thing that I try my best to teach is KINDNESS; you can call it "Kellogg Kindness." In my classroom my students will learn that KINDNESS can move mountains. My students will learn to take a stand for each other and do what is right, out of KINDNESS. Students will have opportunities to get involved in Random Acts of Kindness. I cannot wait to see all that my kids do this year to show and spread KINDNESS.
