Thanks for visiting my website!

My name is Clistie Turnipseed and this is my fifteenth year in education and my second year in Sunnyvale.  

I teach fourth and fifth grade science at the intermediate school.  I have a B.A. in History, my teaching certification and a Masters Degree from Texas A&M Commerce.  I have graduated from multiple courses of advanced science and completed a co-hort of advanced education for teachers.

I am married to my best friend and a wonderful husband, John.  We have three grown children, Tim, Tanya, and Jessica.  We have 3 grandchildren with another one on the way in November.  We live in Garland and we have two little furry friends, Precious and Pierre.  

I am very blessed and excited to be a part of such a wonderful school and district.  I plan to make this my forever school home!
