Mrs. Tunnell

Hello! My name is Lisa Tunnell and I teach Health Sciences at the high school, as well as serve as the Career and Technical Education department chair and district coordinator. I am entering my 13th year in education and am excited to start my 6th year as a Sunnyvale Raider. My background in healthcare is in athletic training and rehabilitation sciences--I've worked in a variety of healthcare settings, taught sports medicine, robotics, science, and now truly enjoy what health sciences has to offer students and our community.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Hayward, a Master of Athletic Training degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center, and a Master of Education degree from Lubbock Christian University.

My family and I love being a part of the Raider family!
