-Wear your Color Run T-shirt or clothes that can get messy

-Swim suits may be worn under your color run t-shirt

-Wear your Dash Bands (but we’ve got you covered if they are lost)

-Wear running shoes

-Bring a towel

-Bring a change of clothes

-Bring a water bottle

-Bring money for Kona Ice & Concessions

May 1 is School Lunch Hero Day! We're grateful for the amazing nutrition team who keeps our Raiders fueled for learning every single day. From planning healthy menus and navigating allergies to serving each meal with a smile, they are true heroes behind the scenes. Thank you!

SHS Principal Soliz led campus and district staff through the halls Thursday, April 30, surprising students in their classrooms to announce the Top 10 percent of the 2026 senior class. Reminder: Due to our district-wide campus closure on April 9 to celebrate our Girls Soccer team advancing to the state tournament, our calendar has been adjusted. Friday, May 1, which was previously scheduled as a non-school prep day, is now a full instructional day .

Hey Sunnyvale Middle School Families and Friends,

We are currently at $6,877, and getting closer to reaching $10,000 for a COLOR RUN! Students still have one more night to be part of the DASH DAY (fun run) and earn overnight challenge incentives, including the SPLASH Band and a chance to throw a water balloon at a teacher, coach, or friend.

Tomorrow is the day we’ve all been waiting for....DASH DAY! Get ready to lace up those running shoes and enjoy an exciting day full of fun, music, and challenges with friends.

Reminder:
-Wear your Adventure Dash Bands & Race T-Shirt (or clothes you can get messy)
-Students may wear their bathing suit under their race shirt
-Bring running shoes
-Pack a towel and change of clothes
-Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
-Students will have a 15-minute transition period to clean up and change
-Send money for concessions and Kona Ice if you would like to purchase. Kona Ice will cost between $4 & $7.
